You see this error message when you log in to Password Manager on your mobile device:
"Unable to Continue, Invalid Account or Password, Error Code: 98000004."
Why did this happen?
Your Password Manager app version is outdated.
What should I do next?
Upgrade, then activate your Password Manager:
Expand All
On your Android phone or tablet
- Open Play Store .
- Tap your Google profile icon, then tap Manage apps & device.
- Tap the Manage tab, then look for Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Tap Password Manager, then tap Update.
- Try to activate Password Manager again.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Tap the Update button beside Password Manager.
- Try to activate Password Manager again.
