方案 1: 確保此資料檔案是從密碼管理通並選擇“備份用於 密碼管理通”選的項來進行匯出的

請依照下方步驟,來匯出密碼管理通的資料:
  1. 請點選於密碼管理通的瀏覽器輔助視窗(BHO) 或者 產品管理主控台上的bho-settings 符號選項..
  2. 並點選 設定.
  3. 請點選 資料管理 頁籤.
  4. 再點選 匯出 並點選 確認.
  5. Wait until it finishes exporting the data into a ZIP file (.zip).
  6. Locate the exported file on your Downloads folder.

 

方案 2: 確保密碼管理通資料沒有被修改過

To back up your passwords using the Trend Micro Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit, do the following:
  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro DirectPass Diagnostic Toolkit.
    Open the Diagnostic Toolkit
  2. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
  3. Click the [C] Passcards tab, then click 1. Backup....

    The Browse for folder window will appear.
  4. Select Desktop, then click OK.

    A folder named BackupProfiles will be created on your desktop.

To back up your passwords using the Trend Micro Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit, do the following:
  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro DirectPass Diagnostic Toolkit.
    Open the Diagnostic Toolkit
  2. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
