How to add a new device to my Trend Micro Account

If you have multi-device protection, you can add a new device under your Trend Micro subscription.

Add my new Windows laptop or Mac

Open a web browser on the device you want to install the program.
Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/download.
Enter your email address and password to log in.
Cannot log in? Click here for solutions.
Click the Download button under your Trend Micro Security subscription.
Click the Download button under Download to This Device. A new tab will open to download the installer. If you are on your mobile device, it will redirect you to the
Double-click the downloaded file to run the installer.
Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Add my iPhone or Android

Open a web browser on the device you want to install the program.
Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/download.
Enter your email address and password to log in.
Cannot log in? Click here for solutions.
Tap the Download button under your Trend Micro Security subscription.
Tap the Download button under Download to This Device. It will redirect you to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Tap Install.
Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Open the Mobile Security app to activate your Android or iOS protection.
