Learn where to find your Trend Micro activation code (also known as the serial number) whether you have recently purchased a Trend Micro product or need to reactivate it.
For Old or Existing Subscription (Reactivating)
For those reactivating their Trend Micro product, go to the Trend Micro Account page, log in using your username and password. Your activation code is listed under the License tab.
If you cannot log in to your account, open your Trend Micro program to retrieve the activation code.
- On your device, open your Trend Micro program.
- On the upper right, click the Profile icon, and click Subscription Information.
- The Subscription Information window will open. You will see your subscription details, including your activation code.
Note: Cleaner One Pro activation codes that start with the letter Q do not require a Trend Micro account for activation. You can view activation information through the Activation Info section.
For New or Recent Purchase (Haven't Installed or Activated Yet)
If you have just purchased a Trend Micro product and haven't activated it yet, you can find your activation code in the following ways:
- Check Your Email: If you purchased online, look for an email from us with the subject line Order Confirmation Email. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
- Check the Product Packaging: If you bought the product from a retail store, the activation code can be found inside the product box or on the receipt.
