Download and Install Trend Micro

To secure your devices, download and install the Trend Micro app on each one individually. Each device requires separate installation and activation.

Install on Windows

Download the Installer

  1. Choose Your Product: Click on the download link for the Trend Micro product included in your subscription:
  2. Run the Installer: After the download is complete, find the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it to start the installation process.

Install the Software

  1. Accept the Agreements: You will see the Trend Micro License Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Data Collection Notice. Please read these carefully and click Accept and Continue to proceed.
  2. Activate Your Product:
    • With Activation Code: If you have an activation code, enter it in the provided field and click Apply.
    • With Trend Micro Account: Alternatively, click Sign In to activate your product using your Trend Micro account.
  3. Complete the Installation: Follow any additional prompts to complete the setup. You might need to enter some more information, so please have it ready.

    After the installation is complete, the main program window of your Trend Micro Security will open. You're all set! Explore the features and start using your new security program.

Install on Mac

Check Your Mac's Compatibility

Before installing Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac, make sure your device meets the required specifications. This helps avoid installation issues and ensures the software runs smoothly on your Mac.

Install Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac

  1. Download the Installer: Choose the download link above that matches your macOS version.
  2. Start the Installation: Open the downloaded file, then click on Install Trend Micro Antivirus.
  3. Enter Your Activation Code: When prompted, type in your activation code and click Continue.
  4. Complete the Installation: Follow the remaining on-screen instructions until you get the "Installation Successful" message.

Install Trend Micro Password Manager

  1. Download the Installer: πŸ“₯ Download Password Manager
  2. Run the Installer: Double-click the downloaded file.
  3. Follow Setup Instructions: Continue with the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
  4. Activate Your Account: Enter your account details to activate your Password Manager.
Install on Android

Install Trend Micro Mobile Security

  1. Open the Google Play Store: On your Android device, launch the Play Store app.
  2. Search for the App: In the Search field, type "Trend Micro Mobile Security", tap the search icon (πŸ”).
  3. Install the App: Find Trend Micro Mobile Security in the search results and tap Install.
  4. Open the App: Once installation is complete, tap Open.
  5. Agree to Privacy Terms: Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure. If you agree, tap I agree to share user usage data to help improve this app, then tap Accept and Continue.
  6. Activate the App: Tap Buy / Activate at the lower-right corner of the screen. Select Sign In to Use Existing License if you have one, or follow the prompts to purchase a new license.

Install Password Manager

  1. On your Android device, open the Play Store app.
  2. Search for Trend Micro Password Manager.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Once done, open the app and complete the setup.
  5. Provide your account information to activate the full features.
Install on iPhone, iPad

Install Trend Micro Mobile Security

  1. Open the App Store: On your iPhone or iPad, launch the App Store.
  2. Search for the App: Type "Trend Micro Mobile Security" in the search bar.
  3. Download the App: Tap Get and then Install to download the app.
  4. Launch the App: Open Trend Micro Mobile Security after installation. Tap Allow to enable notifications, then tap Accept and Continue to agree to the terms.
  5. Activate the App: If you have previously purchased the app, tap Already Purchased?, then sign in with your Trend Micro account to activate the app.

Install Trend Micro Password Manager

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app, then search for Trend Micro Password Manager.
  2. Select the Password Manager with Secure Note, then tap Get.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Once done, open the app and complete the setup.
  5. Provide your account information to activate the full features.
