Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) is the personal account you use to access, view, manage and update the subscription information for all Trend Micro consumer products and services.
It is automatically created when you install and register your Trend Micro program.
Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/, then click the Sign In button to start checking your account details.
What Can You Manage on Your Trend Micro Account?
Download Tab
Here's what you can do in the Download Tab:
- Download Trend Micro application to your device: Find the Trend Micro application you want to install, then click the Download button and click it again under Download to this Device.
- Download Trend Micro application to other device: Find the Trend Micro application you want to install, then click the Download button and the Share button under Share to Another Device. You can choose to send an email, copy the link, or scan the QR code to share it.
Licenses Tab
Here’s what you can do in the Licenses tab:
- Check your Activation Code: You can see all your subscriptions and activation codes, both active and expired. Click the Show all licenses button in the top right corner. Choose Show active licenses only to see only active activation codes, or Show expired licenses only to see expired activation codes.
- Manage your Devices: Click Manage Device button under your active subscription to see Protected Devices. If you want to remove a device's protection, move your mouse over it and click the X button in the top right corner.
- Manage your Auto Renew: You can manually renew your subscription, update your credit card details, or cancel auto-renew by clicking the button next to your activation code.
Profile Tab
Here's what you can do in the Profile tab:
- Account Information: Update your email address or password for your Trend Micro account by click on Change Email Address or Change Password. Update your personal information, such as your name, phone number, and location, by click Edit Profile.
- Two-factor Authentication: Set up extra protection for your Trend Micro account by setting up Two-factor Authentication. You have the option through Text Messages(SMS), Authentication App(Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) and Email Address.
- Email Subscription: Manage your email preferences for Trend Micro.
Resources Tab
Here's what you can do in the Resources tab:
- Security Report: Click Go to Security Report to see the latest results of your PC Health Checkup, websites blocked by Parental Controls, and any threats found on your device.
- Lost Device Protection: Click Go to Lost Device Protection to locate, lock or wipe a missing mobile device.
- Free Tools: Click Go to Free Tools to access free anti-ransomware, antivirus resources, apps and product trials.
