- If you are your Google or Apple account to log in, make sure they are logged in on your browser.
- Try logging in from a different device or browser.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the Trend Micro password reset page.
- Enter your email address and click Get Instructions.
- Check your email for a message from Trend Micro with instructions on how to reset your password.
- If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
Forgot Your Email Address?
If you can't remember the email address associated with your Trend Micro account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trend Micro account email recovery page.
- Enter your activation code and click Check Now.
- Your email address will be displayed on the screen.
You can also find your email address through your Trend Micro apps. Follow these steps:
- For Windows: Open Trend Micro. > Go to Profile (top right corner). > Click Subscription Information.
- For Mac: Open Trend Micro Antivirus > Click Subscription Expires (bottom right corner).
- For Android: Open Mobile Security > Tap ⋮ icon (top right corner) > Tap Settings > Look for Account & Subscription.
- For iOS: Open Mobile Security > Scroll down and tap Settings > Look for Account & Subscription.

If you have a new phone number and need to update your Trend Micro account, contact Trend Micro support to switch your Two-Factor Authentication to your email:
- Provide your current account details and inform them of the change in your phone number.
- Trend Micro support will assist you in switching Two-Factor Authentication to your email address.
