1. Go to https://account.trendlife.com/.
2. Click on Forgot Your Password?.
3. Enter the email address or phone number linked to your TrendLife Account.
4. Check your email for a message from Trend Micro and open it.
5. Hit the Reset Password button in the email.
6. Choose a new password and type it into the New Password field, then retype it in the Confirm New Password field to verify.
7. Once your password has been updated, click Save.
8. Click 'Sign In' and enter your email address and new password.
