To update your credit card or payment details for your Trend Micro subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Trend Micro Account page and sign in using your email and password.
  2. Select the Profile tab or click your name at the top right corner and choose My Profile.
  3. In the Account Information section, find Payment Method and select Update Payment Method.
  4. You'll be directed to the Find My Order page. Enter your Order Number and Order Password, which you can find in your Order Confirmation Email.
  5. Select Manage Subscription and then Edit Payment Information to enter your new credit card details.

What If I Can't Find My Order Details?

If you need to update your payment details and can't locate your order information, you can renew your subscription manually:

  1. Log into your Trend Micro Account.
  2. Identify your active subscription and select Renew Now. If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you may need to select Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription first to modify it.
  3. Follow the prompts to input your new credit card or billing information and update your payment method.


Renewing early will simply add more time to your subscription, without affecting any remaining subscription time you have already paid for.

What If I Prefer to Renew When My Subscription Expires?

No worries! Trend Micro will send you a reminder when it's time to renew. At that time, you can easily update your payment details.
