Know what to do next when your Trend Micro subscription is about to expire and you need to update your credit/debit card information.

OPTION 1: Renew in advance to update new billing info
- Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/ and sign in using your email address and password.
- Click on the Licenses tab.
- Click the Renew Now button next to your current subscription.
If you see a Cancel Subscription button, click it to cancel the Automatic Renewal transactions currently set up in your subscription. - Follow the prompts to update your payment information and complete your purchase.
Your new credit card information will be used for your next renewal.
OPTION 2: Update payment information via sent email notice
- Look for an email notice Trend Micro sent to you about changing your payment information.
- Find the sentence that says "To change your payment information... ".
- Click the underlined here link on step 1.
Here is a sample:
- Follow the instructions and prompts that appear on your screen to update your payment information.
OPTION 3: Update payment information via findmyorder.com
NOTE: You may not see this option in findmyorder.com if you did not receive any email notice to update your payment information.
- Go to https://www.findmyorder.com/.
- Enter the Email Address and the Last 4 digits of your credit card from your most recent order, then click FIND ORDER.
- Click the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button you see at the right side of your subscription.
- Change the information you want to edit, then click the SUBMIT button.

If you see a Cancel Subscription button, click it to cancel the Automatic Renewal transactions currently set up in your subscription. - Follow the prompts to update your payment information and complete your purchase.
Your new credit card information will be used for your next renewal.
