Keep your Trend Micro subscription active by ensuring your credit card or payment details, including the expiry date, are up-to-date. Follow these steps to update your information:

  1. Log In to Your Trend Micro Account:
    Visit https://account.trendmicro.com/ and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Find Your Subscription:
    Under Licenses tab, look for your active subscription and click on the Manage Subscription button.
  3. Go to Change Credit Card Details:
    Click Change Credit Card Details, then you will be redirected to a different page where you can update and change your billing information.
  4. Complete the Information Required:
    Fill in the necessary details on the screen to update your credit card information and change your payment method, then click Update Billing Information button to finish.
    Once completed, you will see a confirmation message:
    "Successfully updated your account's billing information."
    NOTE: Please wait up to 48 hours for the new credit card details to be updated.

I Cannot Find The Manage Subscription Button

If you cannot find the Manage Subscription button, it may mean your subscription is not on auto-renew. In this case, you will only see a Renew Now button. Click the Renew Now button to extend your subscription early and update your credit card information.
