Your order details will be displayed after your purchase. You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email which contains your Order Number, Products you Purchased, Serial Number or Activation Key of the Product, Price and Order Date.

What Payment Methods Can I Use?
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, EuroCard, Discover®, American Express®, Diner’s Club®, and JCB, as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies.
We also accept PayPal on most orders and Wire Transfers for purchases that do not include our Auto-Renew Service in some regions. If you choose to pay by PayPal or Wire Transfer, select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

Should I Use Spaces or Dashes When I Enter My Credit Card Number?
No. Enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.
What Address Should I Enter In The Billing Information Screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Why Are You Not Accepting My Credit Card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either at our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact their Customer Service. Please provide them with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping basket.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
If you purchased downloadable products, your credit card will be charged the day after your purchase has been placed.
If you ordered Trend Micro Home Network Security, Trend Micro will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.
How Will The Charge Show Up On My Credit Card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as DRI*Trend Micro.
