Trend Micro subscriptions are set to Auto Renew when you purchase them online.
Check if Trend Micro Auto Renew is enabled
- Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will need to type in the verification code sent to your preferred method (Authenticator App, Email or Text). - Click the Licenses tab, then check the button next to your existing subscription.
If it says Stop Auto Renew, your subscription is enrolled on Auto Renew.
Otherwise, you will see a Set up Auto-Renew or a Renew Now button.
