If you need help verifying whether your Trend Micro subscription is set to auto-renew, follow the steps below.
Check Your Trend Micro Account
- Go to the Trend Micro Account portal via https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Sign in with your email address or mobile phone number.
- Enter your password and click Next.
- Under the License tab, locate your current subscription.
- If auto-renew is enabled, you will see a Cancel Subscription button next to your subscription.
You will also receive an email 1-2 weeks before your subscription expires to remind you about the upcoming renewal.
Check the App Store Where You Purchased Your Subscription
- Microsoft Store
- Go to the Microsoft Account Services page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Find your Trend Micro subscription.
- Check if it says Recurring billing is on.
- Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon at the top-right corner.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions and select Subscriptions.
- Select your Trend Micro subscription.
- Check the Auto-Renewal status.
- App Store (Mac):
- Open the App Store on your Mac.
- Click your profile icon at the bottom left.
- Select View Information at the top of the window.
- Scroll down to the Manage section and click Subscriptions.
- Find your Trend Micro subscription and check if Auto-Renewal is enabled.
- App Store (iPhone/iPad):
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find your Trend Micro subscription in the list.
- Check if Auto-Renewal is turned on.
