For Purchases Made from January 31 to March 30, 2025

Submit your request through this portal: https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us

For Purchases Made After March 31, 2025

  1. Visit the Trend Micro Purchase Management Account Portal:

    Go to https://trendmicro.recurly.com/.

  2. Create an Account:
    1. Click on the Create an account link at the bottom of the page.
    2. Use the email address linked to your subscription to sign up.
  3. Log In:

    After setting your password, log in using your email address and the password you just created.

  4. View Billing History:
    Go to the Invoices section to view your billing history. Click on the invoice number to print or download your invoice.
