When your Trend Micro subscription renews, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. To review your previous purchases, follow these steps:

  1. Visit findmyorder.com.
  2. Enter either your email address and last 4 digits of credit card or your order number and password.
  3. Click Find Order to log in.
  4. You'll see the details for your order, including previous renewals or returns.


For a comprehensive list of your auto-renewal history, you will need to get in touch with Digital River, Trend Micro’s online merchant. They will be able to assist you further with this request.
