If you're looking to change billing information for your Trend Micro subscription, you're in the right place. We've got you covered with a simple, step-by-step guide.

Renew Your Subscription in Advance

Renewing your subscription before it expires is a smart move. It ensures continuous protection and lets you easily update your billing information, like credit card details, billing address, and email address for renewal. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Account in with your email address and password.
  2. Click on the Licenses tab.
  3. Find Renew Now next to your current subscription, and click on it.
  4. If you see a Cancel Subscription button, don't worry. Click it to temporarily stop the Automatic Renewal that uses your old card details. You can reactivate it later with your new card details.
  5. Note: If you're in Australia or New Zealand and have auto-renewal enabled, you'll see Manage Subscription next to your serial number. Click it to configure your auto-renewal or renew your subscription manually.

  6. Follow the prompts on the screen to update your payment information securely and complete your renewal.

Remember, renewing in advance ensures uninterrupted protection and gives you peace of mind.

Note: Renewing early won't make you lose any remaining subscription days. Your subscription will be extended by one or two years, based on your chosen renewal option.
