Setting up your Trend Micro Purchase Management account is an important step in managing your recent subscriptions. This account allows you to access your purchase details, enable/disable auto renew, and make changes to your billing information and payment methods. Follow these simple steps to create your account:

  1. Visit the Trend Micro Purchase Management Account Portal:
    Go to https://trendmicro.recurly.com/.
  2. Create an Account:
    Click on the Create an account link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter Your Email Address:
    Use the email address associated with your Trend Micro subscription to sign up, then Submit.
  4. Check Your Email for Activation Instructions:
    Look for an email from Trend Micro (sent by no-reply@store.trendmicro.com) with instructions to activate your account. It may take a few minutes to arrive — check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
  5. Activate Your Account:
    Open the email and click on Activate Account.
