How do I Purchase with Auto Renew?
All Trend Micro subscriptions purchased through our online store is automatically enrolled in Auto Renew. Purchase a subscription here.
How can I Activate Auto Renew after Installation?
- Visit the Trend Micro Account page.
- Click the Sign in button, then enter your email and password.
- Under the Licenses tab, click Set up Auto Renew next to your subscription.
Note: Auto Renew setup is only available in Asia Pacific countries.
How can I tell if My Auto-Renewal is On?
If you see Cancel Subscription next to your serial number, Auto-Renew is ON. If you see Set Up Auto-Renew (for Asia Pacific countries), Auto-Renew is OFF. If you see Renew Now, click it to renew your subscription and enroll in Auto-Renew.
What is a Pre-Authorization Charge?
When setting up Auto Renew, a $0.99 pre-authorization charge verifies your card. It's refunded within 24 hours. This check ensures your card will work for the actual renewal.
