Purchase a subscription online
Trend Micro subscriptions are set to Auto Renew when you purchase them through our online store. You may refer to this article on how to purchase a new Trend Micro subscription.
Set up Auto Renewal after activation
- After installing and activating your Trend Micro apps, go to Trend Micro Account.
- Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will need to type in the verification code sent to your preferred method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text). - Click the Licenses tab, then click the Set up Auto Renew button next to your existing subscription.
Note: The auto-renewal setup step is exclusively applicable to Asia Pacific countries (APAC) only.
