If you’re trying to cancel Auto-Renewal or update your payment method but the Manage Subscription button doesn’t respond, don’t worry — this usually means your account is already secure or simply needs a quick refresh.
Why This Happens
The Manage Subscription button may appear inactive for a few reasons:
- Auto-Renewal is already turned off — no further action is needed, and you won’t be charged again.
- Your payment information isn’t yet synced — sometimes it takes a short while after renewal for your new details to appear in the system.
- Temporary account connection issue — if your account session has expired or if you’re signed in to an older account, the button may not load options.
If you’re trying to cancel Auto-Renewal
If no options appear when you click the Manage Subscription button, it usually means your Auto-Renewal is already turned off.
That’s good news — you won’t be charged again unless you choose to renew manually.
If you’re trying to update your credit card
If you recently changed your card or your bank issued a new one, your updated payment details may not be linked yet. The easiest way to update is to renew your subscription manually. This automatically saves your new card for future renewals — no extra steps needed.
