After logging in to your Trend Micro Account, you cannot find the Manage Subscription button so you can change your credit card information or cancel your auto-renew subscription.
Why You Can't See the Manage Subscription Button
It can either mean:
- Your subscription is not set to auto-renew. You will see a Renew Now button instead.
- You purchased your subscription through Best Buy or an Internet Service Provider (ISP). These types of subscriptions are managed by Best Buy or your ISP. For assistance with your subscription:
- Best Buy: Contact Geek Squad for Best Buy.
- ISP: Contact your ISP's customer support directly.
