If you have more than one Trend Micro Account, you can conveniently merge them into a single account and keep track of your licenses easily.

  1. Go to and sign in.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. Click the Merge Accounts button under Merge Accounts for Easier Management.
  4. Type your password, then click Next.
  5. Type the email address you want to merge and its password, then click Next.
  6. Double-check if all the information are correct, then click Confirm.
    Once done, the accounts are now merged.
  7. Sign in again to check your licenses.

NOTE: If any account has a Password Manager subscription, the merge will not proceed. Contact our Technical Support for assistance.
