If you’ve already renewed your Trend Micro subscription but keep getting renewal emails or pop-ups, your protection is likely still active. This article explains common reasons and the exact steps to fix them.

🔨 Do These First:

  1. Open the Activation Email you received from Trend Micro.
    NOTE: This email includes your ACTIVATION CODE along with installation and activation instructions, and it is different from the Invoice Email.
  2. Compare the activation code in the Activation Email with the activation code shown in your Trend Micro app.
  3. If they’re different, change the activation code in the Trend Micro app with the one from your Activation Email — this usually stops the reminders.
