Here are the reasons why:
- Subscription needs renewal: Your subscription failed to auto-renew or is about to expire and needs manual renewal.
- Multiple subscriptions: If you have multiple subscriptions, you will receive notifications for those that are about to expire.
- Multiple accounts: Switching to a new account will still send renewal notifications for the subscription on your old account that’s about to expire.
- Bought a new subscription: Buying a new subscription instead of renewing the current one will still send renewal notifications for the old one.
What Should I Do?
- Ensure you have the correct billing details for successful auto-renewal.
- Turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions you no longer use.
- If you change your account, turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions on your old account.
- Check the expiration dates of all your subscriptions to manage them better.
