Here are the reasons why:

  • Subscription needs renewal: Your subscription failed to auto-renew or is about to expire and needs manual renewal.
  • Multiple subscriptions: If you have multiple subscriptions, you will receive notifications for those that are about to expire.
  • Multiple accounts: Switching to a new account will still send renewal notifications for the subscription on your old account that’s about to expire.
  • Bought a new subscription: Buying a new subscription instead of renewing the current one will still send renewal notifications for the old one.

What Should I Do?

  • Ensure you have the correct billing details for successful auto-renewal.
  • Turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions you no longer use.
  • If you change your account, turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions on your old account.
  • Check the expiration dates of all your subscriptions to manage them better.
