1. Visit the Activation Portal:
   Go to the Trend Micro Activation Portal and click the Get Started button.
2. Create or Sign In to Your Trend Micro Account:
   • New Users:
     1. Create a Trend Micro Account using your email address or phone number.
     2. Provide a secure password, then click Next.
     3. Enter your first and last name to complete your profile, then click Next.
   • Existing Users:
     1. Sign in with your existing Trend Micro Account.
3. Enter Your Activation Code:
   Input your activation code, agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, and click Next.
4. Complete Activation:
   Once activated, it will redirect you to your own Trend Micro Account downloads page to install the apps and programs you purchased.

Follow these simple steps to buy a Trend Micro subscription from the Official Online Store:

1. Select Your Region:
   Choose your region from the list below and click on the link to visit your local Trend Micro Online Store:

Update Your Credit Card Information by Renewing Your Subscription Early

Renewing your subscription early will add more time without affecting your current subscription period. Here's how:

1. Log In to Your Trend Micro Account:
   Visit https://account.trendmicro.com/ and sign in with your email address and password.
2. Find Your Subscription:
   Look for your active subscription and click on the Renew Now option.
   • If you need to cancel the current automatic renewal that uses your old card, click the Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription button instead.
     This will stop the automatic renewal. You can then reactivate it later with your new card details. You will see the Renew Now button after.
3. Follow the On-Screen Instructions:
   Complete the steps provided on the screen to update your credit card information and change your payment method.

If you don't want to renew early, Trend Micro will send you a reminder when it's time to renew. At that point, you can easily update your payment details.

In your Trend Micro Account page, you can view and manage your Trend Micro subscription, including turning off Auto Renew. Follow the steps below:

1. Log In to Your Trend Micro Account:
   Visit https://account.trendmicro.com/ and sign in with your email address and password.
2. Access Your Subscription:
   Click on the Licenses tab, then find your Trend Micro subscription that has Auto Renew enabled.
3. Cancel the Auto Renew:
   Click the Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription button.
   Confirm by clicking Stop Now.

If you see a 'Renew Now' button instead, it means Auto Renew is already turned off.

3. Type your Activation Code.

   Provide your Trend Micro Activation Code, then click Next . Looking for your activation code? You can find it on your Order Confirmation Email or on the box or receipt it came in.
   

4. Download the Trend Micro Installer.

   Click the Download button if you want to install it on the computer you signed in. If you wish to install it on another computer, click Share.
   

5. Run the installer.

   Double-click the downloaded installer file to start. If you are not sure where to find it, it is likely in the Downloads folder.
   

6. Complete the setup.

   Follow the remaining prompts, then wait for the installation to complete. You may be prompted to enter some information; kindly provide them as needed.
