Activate your Mobile Security app to enable its premium features.

I'm Activating For The First Time

  1. Launch the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap ⋮ > Buy/Activate.

  3. Choose from:
    • Use an activation code - to use the serial number / activation key from the receipt
    • Sign In To Use Existing License - to use your remaining license

I Have a New Activation Key

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Activation Portal.
  2. Click the Get Started button.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro email address, then click Next.
  4. Type your secure password, then click Next.
  5. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
  6. Tap ⋮ > Settings.
  7. Under Account & Subscription, tap on Trend Micro Account then sign in.

I Do Not Have a New Activation Key

Renewed subscription without an activation key gets extended automatically. Check the new expiration date in your Mobile Security app's settings.
