Why Is My Activation Code Missing?

The activation code isn't in the first email because Trend Micro sends two separate emails for your purchase.

What Are the Two Emails You Receive?

  1. Order Confirmation for Your Trend Micro Invoice: This email ONLY provides:
    • Purchase date
    • Total amount paid
    • Billing information

    Sender: no-reply@store.trendmicro.com

  2. Activate Your Subscription: This email includes your ACTIVATION CODE along with installation and activation instructions.

    Sender: noreply@email.trendmicro.com

Can't Find These Emails?

Try these steps:

  1. Check All Email Folders: Look in your spam, junk, promotions, and other folders.
  2. Search Your Email: Use the search function to look for keywords like "Trend Micro," "Activate Your Subscription," and "subscription."
  3. Contact Trend Micro Support: If you still can't find the activation email or code, contact Trend Micro Support directly. Provide your purchase details to speed up the process.
