To get your money back, you need to submit a refund request to Apple App, Google Play or Microsoft Store official websites.

Apple App Store In-App Purchase

  1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase the product.
  3. On the Report a Problem website, click the Purchases tab.
  4. Under Purchases tab, click Report a Problem to the right of the One Series Subscription.
  5. Choose a reason for the problem. Describe your issue, then click Submit.

    Based on the information that you provide, Apple might provide a refund directly, refer you to the developer, require additional information, or might deny the refund request based on refund eligibility.

Google Play Store In-App Purchase

  1. Go to https://play.google.com/.
  2. At the top right, click your Profile Picture.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then choose Budget & order history.
  4. Click Report a problem on the order you want to refund.
  5. Choose a reason why you want to refund the app.
  6. Finish the form. Note that you need a refund.
  7. Click Submit once done.

Microsoft Store In-App Purchase

  1. Go to https://go.microsoft.com/.
  2. Sign in with the Microsoft Account you used to purchase the Trend Micro product.
  3. At the upper right, click your Profile Picture.
  4. Click My Microsoft Account to view account details.
  5. Select Subscriptions, find your subscription and choose Manage.
  6. On the next page, select Cancel.
  7. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
  8. NOTE: Not all cancellations will result in a refund. If you need further assistance, contact Microsoft Support directly.
