If you purchased your subscription directly from a retail store, visit the store with your proof of purchase and request a refund.
Auto-Renewed Subscription
If your subscription was initially purchased from a retail store but later auto-renewed, follow these steps to request a refund:
- Go to the Trend Micro Refund Request Page: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/srf/.
- Select Refund a Recent Purchase under "I need help with".
- Select Online under Sales Channel.
- Pick the product you wish to return and explain why.
- Fill in your contact details.
- Click Agree and Continue.
