How to Cancel Trend Micro One Series Product Subscriptions

This guide shows how to stop auto‑renewal or cancel your subscription depending on where you purchased it (Apple App Store, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft Store, or online via activation code).
Applies to: Antivirus One, Cleaner One Pro, and AdBlock One.
Before You Begin
Identify where you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store on Mac, in‑app purchase on iPhone/iPad, Microsoft Store, or online). Managing it in the correct store/account is essential.
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Microsoft account used at purchase to see and manage the subscription.
You can cancel from the web or from the Microsoft Store app:
Option 1 — Microsoft Account (web):
Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
Find your One Series subscription → click Manage.
On the next page, select Cancel then follow the prompts to finish.
Option 2 — Microsoft Store app (Windows):
Open the Microsoft Store app and sign in.
Go to My Library → Subscriptions.
Select your subscription then look for the option to Manage or Cancel and then follow the prompts to complete the steps.
Note: If you see “Turn on recurring billing” instead of Manage, your subscription is already set to end on the shown date. You can continue using it until it expires.
If your activation code starts with “Q”, it does not require a Trend Micro account. To turn off auto‑renew for these type of codes, contact Trend Micro Support for assistance.
What Happens After You Cancel?
After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends, at which point it will no longer renew. You’ll continue to have full access to all features and protection until the end of that period.
