This article teaches you how to unsubscribe to Trend Micro Antivirus One and Cleaner One Pro on your App Store and Microsoft Store account.
For Antivirus One and Cleaner One Purchased from App Store
- Open the App Store.
- Click the at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click View Information at the top of the window.
You might be asked to sign in to your account.
- On the page that appears, scroll to the Manage section, then click Manage.
- To the right of the One Series subscription, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. If you cannot see an option to cancel a particular subscription, it means it is already canceled and will not renew.
For In-App Purchase of Cleaner One Pro on iOS and iPad
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Tap your account name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Look for the app name.
- Once app is selected, tap Cancel Subscription.
You might be asked to sign in to your account.
For Cleaner One Purchased through Microsoft Store
You have two options to cancel your subscription from the Microsoft Store.
- Microsoft Account.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Go to Services & subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click on Manage or Cancel.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Verify the cancellation status.
- Microsoft Store app.
- Open the Microsoft Store app.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Go to My Library, then click Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Look for the option to manage or cancel.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
- Verify cancellation in the Subscriptions tab.
For Online Purchases with Activation Code
Activation codes that start with the letter Q do not require a Trend Micro account. To cancel the auto-renew, follow these steps:
- Go to Trend Micro Submit a Support Case Center.
- Under I need help with*, select Cancel Auto Renew.
- Choose the product you want to cancel under Product Name*.
- Explain the reason for your cancellation under Can you tell us why?*."
- Provide your details: First and Last Name, Email Address, and Country.
- Click + Enter Order No. and type your Order Number, then click Save.
- Complete the Recaptcha, and click Submit Request.
- You'll receive a "Successfully Submitted" message with your Ticket Number.
- Wait for our email response within 24-48 hours. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
