How To Check if Activation Code is Renewed

To confirm that your activation code has been successfully renewed, follow these steps:

Check through your Trend Micro Account

1. Go to Trend Micro Account Portal.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Enter your email address or mobile phone number and click Next. Then, enter your password and click Next again.
4. Under the License tab, look for your activation code.
5. Check if your activation code expiry date has been extended based on the years you selected.

Check through your Trend Micro programs

• For Windows
1. Open Trend Micro program.
2. Click on the expiry date displayed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Subscription Information will open. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
• For Mac
1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus program.
2. Click on the expiry date displayed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Subscription Information will open. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
• For Android
1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
2. Tap ⋮ at the top right, then tap Settings.
3. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
• For iOS
1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
2. Scroll down and tap Settings.
3. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
