To confirm that your activation code has been successfully renewed, follow these steps:
Check through your Trend Micro Account
- Go to Trend Micro Account Portal.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your email address or mobile phone number and click Next. Then, enter your password and click Next again.
- Under the License tab, look for your activation code.
- Check if your activation code expiry date has been extended based on the years you selected.
Check through your Trend Micro programs
- For Windows
- Open Trend Micro program.
- Click on the expiry date displayed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Subscription Information will open. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
- For Mac
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus program.
- Click on the expiry date displayed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Subscription Information will open. Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
- For Android
- Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
- Tap ⋮ at the top right, then tap Settings.
- Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
- For iOS
- Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
- Scroll down and tap Settings.
- Check if the activation code matches the one you renewed and if the expiry date has been extended.
