Expanding your Trend Micro protection to cover more devices is a breeze. Whether you're adding a second laptop, securing a new phone, or sharing your subscription, we've got you covered.
NOTE: Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements of Trend Micro.
Add Laptop, Desktop, Mac or Macbook to Protect
Installing Trend Micro on an additional computer is straightforward:
- Open a web browser and go to the https://account.trendmicro.com.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Click the Download tab located near "Licenses", "Profile", and "Resources".
- Select the program or app you want to download and click Download to this Device.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
NOTE: If you reach the activation stage, proceed to enter your Activation Code. Remember not to include spaces or dashes in your activation code.
If you're facing issues adding a third device or want to install Trend Micro on your parent's laptop, the steps above will guide you through.
Add Android Phone, Tablet, iPhone, or iPad to Protect
To download Trend Micro to your new phone or another mobile device:
- On your device, open a web browser and visit the https://account.trendmicro.com.
- Login with your existing credentials.
- Tap the Menu icon,
then choose Download. - Press the Download button under 'Maximum Security'.
- Follow the link to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Select Get or Install to download the Mobile Security app.
- Open the app after installing it, then sign in with your Trend Micro account to activate protection on your Android or iOS device.
NOTE: If you reach the activation stage, proceed to enter your Activation Code. Remember not to include spaces or dashes in your activation code.
This process also applies if you've changed phones but kept your old number, or if you need to add Mobile Security to a new device.
