How to Change Your Trend Micro Activation Code on Any Device

1. Open Trend Micro Security on your Windows PC.
2. Click the expiration date shown on the main screen (lower-right corner).

3. Click Change your Activation Code.

4. Enter your new activation code.
5. Click Next and follow the prompts to complete activation.

1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus on your Mac.
2. Click the expiration date on the main console (lower-right corner).

3. Select Change your Activation Code

4. Enter your new activation code.
5. Click Done to finish.

1. Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app
2. Tap Buy/Activate or Renew/Activate.
3. Select either Sign In to your Trend Micro Account or Use Activation Code.
4. Sign in to your account or enter your new activation code.
5. Tap OK or Activate to complete.

1. Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account & Subscription, tap Trend Micro Account
4. Tap Account Control
5. Tap Sign Out
6. Tap Continue then provide your account password to proceed.
7. Sign back in using the account associated with your newly activated subscription.

• Open the Trend Micro ScamCheck app
• Go to Settings
• Sign in with your Trend Micro account.

For Trend Micro VPN

• Open the Trend Micro VPN app
• Go to Settings
• Sign in with your Trend Micro account.

• Open the Trend Micro ID Protection app
• Go to Settings
• Sign in with your Trend Micro account.

For Trend Micro Security Browser Extensions

• Open the Trend Micro Security extension on your browser and sign in.

For Trend Micro ID Security on Chromebook

• Open Google Chrome browser.
• Open Google Chrome the Trend Micro Security icon at the top right corner.
• Click Buy/Activate Now in the lower-right corner of the app.
• Under Activate, click Sign In to Use Existing License.
• Provide your new activation code/serial number, then click Next.
• Complete the activation by following the on-screen instructions.
