If you purchased a new activation code and need to replace your current one, follow the steps below for your device.

📌 Before You Begin

Before changing the activation code on your device, you must first activate your new code through the Trend Micro Activation Portal. Here are the steps on how to do it:

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Activation Portal
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro Account
  4. Enter your new activation code
  5. Agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, then click Next.
  6. Fill up the details needed for auto-renewal enrollment
  7. Complete the activation process.
  8. After you complete the activation process, proceed with the device-specific instructions shown below.
