Getting Started with Trend Micro Device Security Basic

Trend Micro Device Security Basic offers complete device and identity protection across PC, Mac, mobile phones, and tablets.

Activate your subscription

Activate your Device Security Basic subscription before downloading the Trend Micro apps.

Go to the Product Activation Portal.

Provide your activation code or the serial key. You can find the key on the receipt or inside the card for retail purchases and included in the email receipt for online transactions.

Accept the Trend Micro License Agreement

Make sure to understand the license agreement. Select the checkbox, then click Next to proceed.

Sign in to Trend Micro Account

Create, or sign in with your existing Trend Micro account, then follow the remaining few steps.

Download the Trend Micro apps

Once you have activated, you will be led to My Account to download the products. Otherwise, follow the download and installation instructions below.
