Why did this happen?

Your may have an unstable Internet connection.

How do I fix this?

Restart the Home Network Security app:

  1. Wait for the light in front of the Station to turn green.
  2. Restart your Trend Micro Home Network Security App.
  3. Enter your pairing code.
  4. Tap Next.


If same issue persists, contact Trend Micro Support.
