Why did this happen?
Your may have an unstable Internet connection.
How do I fix this?
Restart the Home Network Security app:
- Wait for the light in front of the Station to turn green.
- Restart your Trend Micro Home Network Security App.
- Enter your pairing code.
- Tap Next.
If same issue persists, contact Trend Micro Support.
