Use the Pairing Code so you can connect your mobile device to the Home Network Security Station.

NOTE: Pairing Code is the same with the subscription's Activation Code or Serial Number.

For Online Purchases

The Pairing Code is found on the Order Confirmation Email.

For Retail or Amazon Purchases

The Pairing Code is printed on the following:

  • Quick Start Guide that comes with your Station.
  • In the E-Pay receipt provided as Activation Code.

On the Home Network Security App

If you previously paired the app with the Station, check the Pairing Code in the app:

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon > Settings.
