If you reside in Asia and the Pacific region, use the Pairing Code so you can connect your mobile device to the Home Network Security Station.
For Online Purchases
The Pairing Code is found on the Order Confirmation Email.
For Device Security Subscribers, the Device Security Serial Key also serves as your Pairing Code and is found on the Order Confirmation Email.
For Retail Purchases
The Pairing Code is printed on the Quick Start Guide that comes with your Station.
For Device Security Subscribers, the Device Security Serial Key also serves as your Pairing Code and is printed on the epay receipt as Serial Number or Voucher Code, or on the Wallet or Quick Start Guide that comes with your Station.
On the Home Network Security App
If you previously paired the app with the Station, check the Pairing Code in the app:
- Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Menu icon > Settings.
- Look for the Pairing Code under ACCOUNT.
