You continuously receive notifications from Trend Micro Guardian about activities from your child's mobile device.
Why is this happening?
Blocking websites on iOS devices will show notifications even from background traffic.
What should I do next?
If you want to receive less notifications, turn OFF notifications for Website Blocking:
- Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Devices.
- Look for your child's device name, then go to Settings.
- Tap Filtering.
- Under the WEBSITE category, turn off Get Notifications to stop receiving a notification whenever any device on your selected profile visits a website that falls under one of the selected website categories.
- On your child's device, open Settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Trend Micro Guardian.
- Turn OFF Allow Notifications.
