Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) is an online tool you can use to view and manage your Trend Micro subscription, account information, and registration information for all installations.
My Account is the central hub to download the Trend Micro Security Suite products.

How to change password
Change Password
- Open the Trend Micro Account page.
- Type your email address, password and verification code you can see at the right, then click Sign In.
If you forgot your password and you cannot access the registered email address, refer to this Knowledge Base article:
Cannot sign in to Trend Micro Account.
- Click the Profile tab.
- Click the Change Password button.
- Type your new password in the New Password field.
- Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Save.
Your password has been changed. You will be signed out to update your account.
- Click OK.
- Log in again with your email address and your new password.
How to remove a device or transfer protection to another device
Transfer/Remove Protection
- Go to Trend Micro Account.
- Type your email address, password and verification code you can see at the right, then click Sign In.
- Look for your product from the list.
- Click the X icon located on the upper-right corner of the device you wish to remove protection.
Before removing the protection, check the computer name on each device where the Trend Micro program is installed (if available). For complete instructions, refer to these Knowledge Base articles:
- Click Yes to confirm the removal.
- To add another device, click Add Device, then select what kind of device you want to protect.

How to reset a forgotten Trend Micro Account password
Reset Password
- Go to Trend Micro Account.
- Click Forgot password.
- Type the email address you used and the code shown, then click Check Now.
You will be prompted to check your email to reset your account password.
- Log in to your email and open the email from Trend Micro.
- Click change your password now. A new window will open asking for your new password.
- Type your new password in the New password field and retype it in the Confirm new password field.
Your password should be between 8 and 50 characters long. Make sure to remember your password.
- Click Update Password.
- Click Sign In.
