How to uninstall Cleaner One Pro

Learn how to remove Trend Micro Cleaner One Pro on your computer if you need to reinstall or are no longer using this product.

On Mac

1. On the menu bar, click Cleaner One Pro icon, then select Quit.

   

2. On the list of your Applications, find Cleaner One Pro, then select Move to Trash.

   

3. Delete other files or its remnants.
   1. Click Go on the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder.
   2. Type ~/Library/Containers, then click Go.

      

   3. Look for these files and move it to the Trash.
      • com.trendmicro.TrendCleaner
      • com.trendmicro.TrendCleanerPro
4. Empty your trash.
5. Restart your Mac.

On Windows

1. Open Cleaner One Pro.
2. Go to App Manager feature tab, then click Scan Now.

   

3. Check the Cleaner One Pro box, then click Uninstall.

   

4. Click Uninstall on the Confirm Action window.

   

5. Click OK to proceed.

   

6. Restart your computer.

On iPhone/iPad

1. Tap and hold the Cleaner One Pro app you see on your Home Screen.
2. Select Remove App.
3. Choose Delete App to uninstall the app.
