Using the Pair with Station button on your Home Network Security app

If you have been using the Home Network Security app and then you purchased a Station, here are the steps to pair your new Station to the app:

1. On your device, open the Home Network Security app.
2. Tap Settings.

   

3. Tap Pair with Station.

   

4. Make sure your Home Network Security Station is powered on and connected to your router’s LAN port. Tap Next.

   

5. Enter the Pairing Code, then tap Next.

   

6. Connecting to the Station may take a few minutes. Once completed, the “Connection Successful” window will appear.

   

   If the app is unable to connect to the Station within one minute, use the QR code reader that will appear on your screen. Scan the Station Code found at the bottom of the Station.

7. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account to finish the pairing. Once completed, the “Home Network Security is Active” message will appear.
