Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool is a support tool that helps you follow step-by-step instructions from our Technical Support Engineers to fix malware and Trend Micro product-related issues.
It also lets you take screenshots of your Mac so they can examine the problem.
- Make sure Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac is already installed on your Mac.
- Open Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit using Spotlight Search.
- Click Troubleshoot Now to download the Troubleshooting Tool.
- After the download completes, click OK.
- Read the Trend Micro End User Agreement, then click I Agree.
The window will now open.
- Enter the Token ID your Technical Support Engineer provided, then click Connect.
You will see every action our Support Engineer does on your computer on the Troubleshooting Tool window.
- Click the X button to end the session.
To open the tool again, click the AirSupport icon you will see at the Dock.
