System Requirements (iPhone / iPad Users)
Before installing or using the feature, ensure your device meets the following requirements:
- Supported iOS Versions: iOS 16.0 or higher (also supports the latest iOS version: iOS 26.0)
- Storage: At least 50 MB free space
- Memory (RAM): Minimum 40 MB
- Internet Connection: 3G/4G (LTE), 5G, or high-speed Wi-Fi
- Supported Language: English
Prerequisites
- Your device supports:
- Face ID (e.g., iPhone X or later)
- Touch ID (e.g., iPhone 8 or earlier, or supported iPads)

How to Enable Face ID or Touch ID
- Open the App
- Launch the Trend Micro ID Protection app.
