Trend Micro Scheduled Scan not working

LAST UPDATED: OCT 12, 2021

A Trend Micro scan you scheduled did not push through on your Windows computer.

Why did this happen?

  • You have a special Screen Saver running.
  • Your computer is on Hibernation Mode.

How do I fix this?

Temporarily disable your Screen Saver or the Hibernation Mode on your computer on the time you set the Scheduled Scan.
