Remove or uninstall Trend Micro Password Manager so you can install Trend Micro ID Protection on your device.

Uninstall Password Manager on Windows

  1. Click the Start , then go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

  2. Select Trend Micro Password Manager, then click Uninstall.
  3. Wait for the program to be uninstalled, then restart your computer when asked.

Uninstall Password Manager on Mac

  1. Open Spotlight, then type Trend Micro Password Manager.
  2. Click Password Manager Uninstaller from the list.
  3. Click Yes to complete the uninstallation.

Note: Trend Micro ID Protection currently does not have an app for Mac, but you can access the ID Protection web portal at https://idprotect.trendmicro.com on your Safari web browser.

Uninstall Password Manager on Android phones or tablets

  1. Tap and hold the Password Manager app icon on your device.
  2. Tap Uninstall, then choose Uninstall.

Uninstall Password Manager on iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap and hold the Password Manager app icon on your device.
  2. Tap Delete App, then choose Delete.
