The Secure Note feature of Password Manager allows you to store private information safely and securely. It is a password-protected digital notepad. It can have a content size of 2048 characters. You can store unlimited number of notes for Free and Paid version.


Create a Secure Note on Windows and Mac

  1. Open the main console of your Password Manager.
  2. Click the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Click (+).


Create a Secure Note on Android and iOS with the + button

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. On the upper-right corner, tap +.
  4. Choose a category.
  5. Start typing your note.
  6. Once done, tap Save.


Create a Secure Note on Android and iOS with available categories

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Choose a category.
  4. On the upper-right corner, tap +.
  5. Start typing your note.
  6. Once done, tap Save.

Edit a Secure Note on Windows and Mac

  1. Open the main console of your Password Manager.
  2. Click the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Click the title of a new note, then type a title.
  4. Click the note area below the title, then type your note.
  5. Click anywhere except the note area to save your note.


Edit notes saved under Bank Accounts, Membership Cards, or Contacts Categories

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Choose the category where the note is saved.
  4. Tap the note that you want to edit.
  5. On the upper-right corner, tap the Edit button.
  6. Start editing the note.
  7. Once done editing your note, tap the Save button and it will be automatically saved.


Edit notes saved under the Other Notes Category

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Tap on Other Notes.
  4. Tap the note that you want to edit.
  5. Start editing the note.
  6. Once done editing your note, tap the Back (<) button on the upper-right corner. The changes will be saved automatically.

Delete a Secure Note on Windows and Mac

  1. Open the main console of your Password Manager.
  2. Click the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Select the notes you want to delete by putting a check mark beside the notes.
  4. Click the Trash Can icon located at the top of the list.


Delete notes saved under Bank Accounts, Membership Cards, or Contacts Categories

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Choose the category where the note is saved.
  4. Tap the note you want to delete.
  5. On the upper-right corner, tap the Edit button
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then tap Delete Note.
  7. Tap Delete to confirm.


Delete notes saved under the Other Notes Category

  1. Open the Password Manager app.
  2. Tap the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Tap Other Notes.
  4. Tap the note you want to delete.
  5. On the upper-right corner, tap the the trash bin icon.
  6. Tap Delete to confirm.

Arrange order of your Secure Notes

  1. Open the main console of your Password Manager.
  2. Click the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Click and drag a secure note to rearrange the order of the note list.

Search a Secure Note

  1. Open the main console of your Password Manager.
  2. Click the Secure Notes tab.
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass icon to open Search bar.
  4. Type any keyword on the search field to look for a specific note from the list.
