Know where to find the activation key / serial number of your Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android.

NOTE: No activation key for subscriptions made through in-app purchase.

From the receipt

  • For online purchases, open your email and look for the Trend Micro Order Confirmation Email sent after the purchase.
  • For retail purchases, look for a 20-digit activation key on the receipt or inside the box.

From the app

  1. Launch the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap ⋮ > Settings > Serial Number.
