Learn how to generate logs for Mobile Security for Android using In-App. These logs are useful when troubleshooting issues with Mobile Security for Android.

Generate Logs In App

  1. On your mobile device, open Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Collect logs.
  4. Replicate the problem encountered.
  5. Tap Stop and send log file.
  6. Tap OK to send collected logs.
  7. Take note of the Diagnostic log token number, then send an email case to our Technical Support.
