- Open the Mobile Security app.
- Tap ⋮, then tap Settings.
- Tap Collect logs.
- Replicate the problem encountered.
- Tap Stop and send log file.
- Tap Send. You can also provide screenshots of the issue.
- Take note of the Diagnostic log token number, then provide it to our Technical Support Experts.
