Generating various logs can help our Trend Micro Technical Support Experts diagnose product issues you experience on your Android device. It also provides a summary of threats Trend Micro has protected you in detail.

  1. Open the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap , then tap Settings.


  3. Tap Collect logs.
  4. Replicate the problem encountered.
  5. Tap Stop and send log file.
  6. Tap Send. You can also provide screenshots of the issue.
  7. Take note of the Diagnostic log token number, then provide it to our Technical Support Experts.
