Learn how to generate logs for Mobile Security for Android using In-App. These logs are useful when troubleshooting issues with Mobile Security for Android.
To generate logs from In-App, do the following:
- On your mobile device, open Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Collect logs.
- Replicate the problem encountered.
- Tap Stop and send log file.
- Tap OK to send collected logs.
- Take note of the Diagnostic log token number, then send an email case to our Technical Support.
