Check your Subscription Information to know when it is time to renew the Trend Micro protection on your Mac.

Notify me before my Trend Micro Antivirus expires

  1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus.
  2. Click Subscription Expires displayed at the bottom right corner of the program.

    The Subscription Information window will open and includes these details:

    Subscription Information

    • Protection Remaining in days
    • Software name
    • Serial Number
    • Expiration Date
    • Computer Name
    • Email Address
    • Location

    Click Edit subscription information if you want to update the details of your account.

    Check the box beside Notify me before my protection expires. to allow us to inform you when to renew.
