The Trend Micro Toolbar for the Chrome web browser might not be properly installed or enabled.
How Do I Fix This?
Don't worry; it's an easy fix. Follow these steps:
- Open Google Chrome.
- On the upper right corner, click the ⋮ button.
- Click Extensions, then Manage Extensions.
- Turn ON the switch beside the Trend Micro entry to enable it.
If you don’t see the Trend Micro Toolbar in Extensions, it means it’s not installed yet. Here’s how to install it.
- Open Trend Micro.
- Click Privacy.
- Click Configure for Social Networking Protection.
- Click Install for Google Chrome.
Your Trend Micro Toolbar should be back in action on Google Chrome!
