If you're looking to replace an expired subscription with a new activation code, whether you found it in your Order Confirmation Email or on the package you purchased from a retail store, we've got you covered. We're here to make it simple for you.
On Your Windows Computer
- Open Trend Micro, then locate and click the expiry date you can see at the bottom of the program.
- Click on Change your activation code.
- Type your new activation code into the provided fields.
- Click Next, and then Close.
On Your Mac Computer
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus.
- At the bottom right corner of the program, you'll see Subscription Expires displayed. Click on it.
- Next, click Change your activation code.
- Enter your new activation code, and then click Done.
