Your Trend Micro Security program on Windows continuously detect these threats, but cannot clean, quarantine or delete them.
Why did this happen?
The detected threat may be...
- a running process.
- a valid file but the program falsely detects.
How do I fix this?
End the process using Task Manager:
- Press the CTRL + ALT + DELETE keys at the same time, then choose Task Manager.
- Look for the process in the list.
- Right-click the process name, then select End Process.
- Delete the threat manually.
The file is valid.
Add the file to the Exception List.
