End the process using Task Manager:

1. On your keyboard, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE, then click Task Manager.
2. Select your Windows version:
3. Click the Details tab.
4. Look for the process in the list.
5. Right-click the process name, then select End Process.
6. Delete the threat manually.

Delete all System Restore Points:

1. Turn off the System Restore feature by following the steps below:
   1. On your keyboard, press the Windows + R keys.
   2. In the Open field, type "sysdm.cpl", then press ENTER. The System Properties window should open.
   3. Click the System Protection tab.
   4. Under Protection Settings, select a disk, then click Configure.
   5. Select Turn off System Protection or Disable system protection.
   6. Click Apply, then click OK.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Scan your computer using Trend Micro security program to complete the cleanup.

Add the file to the Exception List:

1. Open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software:
   • Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your desktop.
   • Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your system tray.
2. Click Settings (gear icon). This will open the Protection Settings window.
3. Click Exception Lists.
4. Click Programs/folders, then click Add.
5. Click Browse.
6. Browse for the file to add, then click Open.
7. Click OK.
8. Click Apply, then click OK.
