Know what to do when Trend Micro Mobile Security subscription for iOS is not extended after purchasing in-app or after renewing your Maximum Security, Premium Security, or Security Suite license.


Subscription not extended after in-app purchase

  1. Tap Trend Micro Mobile Security to open the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase, then tap Check Now.

Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to.

Should you receive an "Unable to Restore Subscription error message", tap Send Now to exit on the prompt then contact our Technical Support for assistance.

Subscription not extended after renewal

  1. Sign out from your account.
    1. On you iOS device, open the Mobile Security app.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then tap Settings.

    3. Under Account & Registration, tap Sign out.

    4. Provide your password, the tap Sign out.

      If you can't remember your password, tap Forgot you password?.

  2. Sign in to your account.
    1. On you iOS device, open the Mobile Security app.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then tap Settings.

    3. Under Account & Registration, tap Set Up Account.
    4. Select your account to sign in.
