Summary
Trend Micro has released a new build of the Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS mobile application. This update resolves vulnerabilities in the product that could allow someone with malicious intent under certain conditions to perform an attack to potentially access some private information on a userβs mobile device.

Vulnerability Details
This update resolves vulnerabilities in the Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS app in which exploitation of these could lead to a situation wherein an application does not properly validate the SSL certificate it receives when connecting to a secure site.
Trend Micro has received no reports nor is aware of any actual attacks against the affected products related to this vulnerability at this time.
Mitigating Factors
None identified. Customers are advised to ensure they always have the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store.
