The Web Guard Website Filter allows Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS to protect devices from web-based threats and to remind users to use relevant in-product features, products and services and if user opts in, to introduce new features, products and services to the user.

Fraud Buster is the feature to protect users from the Fraud message. It includes the below functions:

• iMessage Scan: We will scan the SMS / MMS message which sent by unknown sender. If the message include the risk links, we will move the message to junk folder of iMessage.
• Camera Roll Scan: We will parse the links on the image that user chose from Camera Roll of Photo and scan the links. If the image include the risk links, we will have a warning to alert user.

• For iMessage Scan, when the user receives a new message from an unknown sender, Fraud Buster will scan and store the
  • SMS/MMS content (which may include personal and sensitive personal data, , URL, phone number, etc)
  • Sender ID is mail or phone number
• For Camera Roll Scan:
  • Text content (which may include personal and sensitive personal data, URL, phone number, etc) of image
  • Scanned image
• The data from Fraud Buster will be used to enhance the fraud detection.
• The collected data is deleted after 6 months.

• iMessage Scan: iOS Settings > Messages > Unknown & Spam > Mobile Security > Turn ON

  

• Camera Roll Scan: Main Page > Fraud Buster > Camera Roll Scan > Click “Camera Roll Scan” button

  

The Calendar Guard allows Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS to check your calendar include the risk URL or not. When risk URL found, we will help user to remove the risk URL or the calendar event by user’s choice.
